Dr. Amir Ali Salemi
Chairman. Founder & CEO of JTA International Investment Holding
Dr. Amir Ali Salemi Zadeh is a visionary entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in strategic management. Under his leadership,JTA International Investment Holdinghas expanded to nearly 50 countries, becoming a global leader in energy, health, civil infrastructure, and tourism. As a member of the CEO Roundtable at the Al Attiyah Foundation, he actively shapes discussions on sustainability and energy innovation. A sought-after speaker and thought leader, Dr. Salemi Zadeh is recognized for his strategic vision, commitment to excellence, and transformative impact in global investment.

Alan Kessler
Chief Executive Officer
Alan Kessler, Partner & Chief Executive Officer, also leads African Food Security, an innovative agricultural development company focused on sustainable, technologically advanced solutions to feed Africa and the world. 25 years of experience on Wall Street, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs. Advisory, operational and capital raise for the benefit of Africa, via project development in Africa, and commodities. Member of the US-South Africa Business council, the US AGOA delegation, among other board appointments. Creation, build, and operation of the first publicly traded African food security company on the NASDAQ stock exchange (Senegal). Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania (Cum Laude) and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Lena Sene
Partner & Board Member
Lena Sene CEO of Developing Capital for Africa (DCA) based in Senegal, is a distinguished investment and business leader with extensive experience in Africa and international markets. She previously served as Executive Director of Business Development at CGF Bourse in Senegal, Managing Director at Deer Isle Capital in New York, and held senior roles at Impact Capital Partners, JPMorgan Chase, and Lehman Brothers. A White House Fellow (2006) and Academy of Achievement honoree (2007), Lena also directed the 2012 Senegalese presidential campaign for former Prime Minister Idrissa Seck. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Bates College, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, and is fluent in English, French, Russian, and Wolof.

Dr. Dan Jager
Partner & Board Member
Dr. Dan Jager is a seasoned international business leader with three PhDs in Chemistry, Physics, and Psychology, and a strong foundation in Biochemistry. He has led teams across Germany, Switzerland, and Luxembourg, excelling in chemical management, sales, and export operations. Fluent in English, German, and French, Dr. Jager now leads SAPI S.A., driving innovative, client-focused solutions with integrity and excellence.
